there are many options from which to choose. talk to people who have released their own cds, and see who they used (let me know who you'd recommend, and I'll add them to this listing). check out their websites for ideas of prices, package options, etc. call them and talk to them about your project, and get a quote.
once you decide on which manufacturer to use, they will usually assign you a project rep, and this will be the person who will walk you through the whole process.
here are a few manufacturers who I've used that have been good to work with and have turned out beautiful projects:
DiscMakers - fast turnaround time. It costs a bit more, but the results have been good for me.
MagneticAir - good prices, nice people to work with. takes a little longer, definitely worth a look.
Europadisk - a little bit more expensive than some, but fast and efficient.
